Practical AI. Real business problems.
Less busywork.
More business.
You stay in control.
We help small and midsize businesses respond to leads, follow up on quotes and take repetitive work off their plate. Starting with home service teams, one useful workflow at a time.
Start with an estimate. Connect tools only after scope and approval.
Your team sets the rules.
Human approvedAI handles the routine. People handle the exceptions.
Our commitments
No hype required.
01 /Measure against a baseline
02 /Approve before going live
03 /Pause any workflow
Built for the workday
Fix the gaps.
Not your entire business.
For HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping and cleaning teams: start with missed inquiries and slow follow-up. We check your tools before proposing an integration.
The focused first offer
A missed-lead
response pilot.
Capture inquiries, draft approved answers and route the next step to your team. No invented prices. No unconfirmed appointments.
30-day review, after launch
Agree a response-time baseline, track qualified inquiries and review failures. Continue only if the workflow is useful.
Keep the conversation moving
Opted-in follow-up, pending-quote reminders and booking requests—without leaving staff out of the loop.
Clear the admin backlog
Organize intake, draft documents, answer approved FAQs and prepare invoice reminders. Disputes and payment decisions go to staff.
See what actually changed
Track leads, response times, bookings and workflow failures. Marketing drafts stay in review until approved.
A look inside
Useful agents. Clear boundaries.
Demonstrations only · synthetic data · no connected tools
Turn an unanswered inquiry into a next step.
Synthetic inquiry: ‘Can someone service my HVAC unit tomorrow?’
Awaiting your preview
Run the demonstration to see an illustrative response. Nothing is sent, booked or updated.
Workflow, safeguards & success metric
Trigger: new inquiry. Inputs: approved service area, FAQs and consent. Tools to connect: inbox, CRM and booking tool. Capture the request, route it to staff and request a booking—never invent availability. Staff approve messaging and scheduling rules. If a connection fails, queue the request and alert staff. Measure response time and qualified inquiries.
Find your automation opportunities
Start with your numbers.
Not a sales promise.
Explore the possible impact before committing. This local calculator does not submit or store your answers. Initial values are illustrative, not business results.
Saved staff time is capacity—not automatically cash savings. Enter reducible expenses only if a real cost can be removed, such as overtime.
Start small. Expand deliberately.
A clear scope before a commitment.
Informational service pricing in USD, subject to scope and feasibility. These packages are not purchasable through website checkout. Third-party software, AI, SMS and phone charges are separate unless a specific allowance is named in a written scope.

The Automation Assessment is $99 once, with no monthly charge. If you proceed with an agreed scope, the $99 assessment fee is credited once toward the setup fee; it is not cash and does not apply to monthly service.

From $399/month
Final pricing follows a scoped proposal. For the starting price: up to three straightforward workflows, two existing supported tools, one location and 1,000 workflow executions/month. Setup is limited to 12 delivery hours; monthly service to 4 hours for monitoring, email support, reporting and approved minor adjustments. Not 24/7 support.
Execution and included labor limits are monthly maximums; failed runs and retries count, unused amounts do not roll over, and processing pauses at the run limit unless a revised scope is approved. Custom integrations are quoted separately after feasibility review. Work beyond the listed workflows, usage or included service time is also quoted separately and requires written approval. Third-party software, AI, SMS and phone charges are paid separately unless a named allowance with a stated limit is included. Results are estimates, not guarantees. Launch follows testing and your approval.
Good questions.
Straight answers.
Is anything on this page live?
The calculator and synthetic previews work locally. The demonstrated agents are not connected to client systems. A workflow is called live only after connection, testing and customer approval.
Will this work with our existing tools?
We check supported integrations during discovery. Custom integrations require a feasibility review before we quote or promise delivery.
How do you handle access and approvals?
Use secure authorization connections, never passwords pasted into forms. The delivery scope defines data separation, audit logs, failure alerts, manual overrides and a pause control. Sensitive questions, financial commitments and customer-facing changes need agreed human review.
How are setup and monthly service billed?
Setup is a one-time implementation fee; monthly service is a separate recurring charge for the scoped support and monitoring. Monthly billing start is confirmed in your written scope. The package prices shown are informational, not website checkout offers. Any engagement proceeds through a written scope and the existing quoted-project process.
What does the $99 Automation Assessment include?
It is a one-time fee with no monthly charge, limited to a 30-minute remote review and a concise written opportunity summary. If you proceed, the $99 is credited once toward setup—not monthly service.
Are software or usage charges included?
No, not unless a specific allowance and limit are named in your written scope. Third-party software, AI, SMS and phone charges are separate.
Do you guarantee savings or revenue?
No. Any calculator result or expected impact is an estimate, not a guarantee. We agree a baseline and success criteria, separate freed capacity from cash savings, and report measured outcomes. A launched agent is not the same as a verified result.
